I propose a vintage Olmo road bike, attributable to the series/model “Competition”.

The bike features a steel frame in orange, with the classic Olmo white branding and gold trim, a chromed fork and an aesthetic setup typical of Italian vintage road bikes. The original decal with the word “competition,” placed on the top tube, is now heavily deteriorated and largely erased by time, but the frame shape, graphics and the decal remnants are consistent with that identification.

An element of particular interest is the presence of the Shimano 600 Arabesque group, a component highly sought after and appreciated by vintage bicycle enthusiasts for build quality, elegance and rarity.
