Very elegant cloisonné bronze inkstand resting on a rectangular tray with a contoured edge. The piece is adorned with a rich design of arabesques and geometric motifs enamelled in turquoise blue, cobalt blue, white, and red tones.

The inkstand retains its central glass receptacle.

Some signs of wear but it is in good condition.

A typical object from the Napoleonic III period around 1870.

Très élégant encrier en bronze cloisonné reposant sur un plateau rectangulaire à bord contourné. L'ensemble est orné d'un riche décor de rinceaux et de motifs géométriques émaillés dans des tons bleu turquoise, bleu cobalt, blanc et rouge. 

L'encrier conserve son récipient central en verre. 

Quelque trace d'usures mais il est en bon état.
