AI-assisted summary

Description from the seller

Champagne cooler, Champagne Emmer, Cooler, Bucket, Ice bucket, Wine cooler, Seau.

Stunning vintage champagne/wine cooler from the 1930s, facet-cut and oval tapering, made for the house André Lainé of Vouvray in the Loire.

Beautiful Art Deco/Art Nouveau cooler, engraved/signed: "ANDRÉ LAINÉ" (on the front, back is untreated).

Nicely worked handles in the shape of grapevines, heavy professional quality cooler (almost 1.6 kg!), nicely aged with experience and character.

Silver is somewhat worn in places, which also has its charm and gives a rich patina as well.
The cooler is still perfectly usable and is a stylish focal point on any table, bar or party.

genuinely old piece from the 1920s/30s

Measurements:
Height 21.5 cm.
Width 26 cm. (incl. handles)
