Louis XV style bombe chest of drawers with marble top and bronze mounts – Europe, 20th century

Elegant Louis XV style bombe chest of drawers featuring a beautiful shaped natural marble top, decorative parquetry veneer and richly detailed bronze mounts.

The chest is fitted with three spacious curved drawers with original ornate bronze handles and escutcheons. The elegant bombe silhouette and sculptural feet reflect the classic French Rococo tradition.

Crafted with high quality decorative veneers and fine craftsmanship, this piece combines practicality with timeless elegance and would suit both classical and contemporary interiors.

The chest remains in good vintage condition with normal signs of age and use. The marble top is well preserved and the bronze mounts enhance the luxurious appearance of the piece.
