Description from the seller
Gilded Bronze and Hand-Painted Porcelain Trittico for the Fireplace
Elegant fireplace triptych consisting of a central clock with a pair of vases en suite, made in gilt bronze and enriched with hand-painted porcelain inserts featuring delicate floral motifs and small multicolored birds. The ensemble, of Neoclassical taste with references to the Louis XVI style, presents a refined color combination between deep blue and white porcelain, harmoniously contrasted with the gold of the structure.
The clock is characterized by an architectural case with an arched summit, topped by a coordinated central vase, and flanked by ornamental pinecone elements. The circular dial with Roman numerals features a central painted floral decoration, framed by a finely worked bronze bezel. The base is enhanced by porcelain reserves with golden motifs on a blue background, set within shaped frames.
The two side vases, perfectly matched, rest on square bases in gilded bronze and feature side handles decorated with stylized botanical elements. The balanced proportions and the richness of the decorative details give the whole great elegance and a striking presence, ideal for classic and representative interiors.
The movement is visible at the back, complete with a bell for the striking mechanism.

Height: 45 cm
Width: 28 cm
Depth: 20 cm
