Description from the seller
### Description
This is an elegant antique silver-plated tea kettle on a stand (Samovar) crafted by the renowned French silversmith Christofle.
The set features exquisite ornate detailing with floral engravings and a beautifully designed handle.
The kettle sits perfectly on its matching stylized stand, complete with its original removable burner underneath.
Notably, the underside of the kettle bears the "CHRISTOFLE" name alongside an oval "CC" hallmark featuring a scale.
This specific mark is consistent with Christofle's early production periods, suggesting this piece likely dates back to the mid-19th century (circa 1844-1862).
It is a wonderful example of classic French silverware heritage and craftsmanship.
