Box - Wood - Norwegian food tejne box

ANTIQUE SCANDINAVIAN FOLK ART: Orginal handmade Norwegian Bentwood Tine Box With metal handle from the second half of the 19th. Century. Original green colour from the periode it was made. Age related Tracks of use (see the photos).
In good condition. Normal wear of use. Can be used, for example, as a storage box for smaller and lighter objects. In Denmark we call these boxes - Mad tejne. Rare because it still have the original colour from the period it was made. Is often re-painted but not this one. Nailed with wooden nails.
