St. Louis - Drinking set (5) - Chantilly - Crystal

Set of five mouth-blown, hand-cut clear crystal flute glasses. It presents the typical flute shape, narrow and slender, ideal for preserving the perlage of the bubbles. The crystal workmanship is rich and complex: the lower half of the bowl is decorated with a dense cross-cut (diamond) pattern that creates a three-dimensional geometric texture. Just above this lattice, vertical lancet cuts develop and fade upward, leaving the upper edge of the glass completely smooth. The stem is notably long and slender. It features a faceted section with flat sides (hexagonal) that catches the light in a linear way. The classic circular base is smooth and flat, ensuring an excellent visual balance with the verticality of the bowl. Under the base they are signed by the prestigious Saint-Louis crystal works, Chantilly model! Condition: Interrupted. Actual year: 1958. Measurements: height 18.8 cm x diameter 5.5 cm.
