Description:
Auction for a timeless classic for collectors: the Native American Barbie, released by Mattel in 1994. This specific model belongs to the famous Dolls of the World Collection line and is the sought-after Third Edition in the Special Edition version. The doll beautifully celebrates the traditions and culture of the Native American peoples of the Great Plains of North America.
The doll wears a ceremonial costume in a vibrant bright pink/magenta satin, consisting of a long-sleeved jacket decorated on the chest with geometric patterns in white, violet, and green, and a coordinated skirt enriched with long white fringes. Completing the look are a matching headband, soft moccasin-styled boots, a turquoise necklace and earrings, as well as the long, shiny black hair tied in two ponytails.

Doll: In impeccable, never-used condition. The item is NRFB (Never Removed From Box); the doll has never been removed from the internal protective carton and retains all original factory-attached accessories (IMG_7071.jpg).
Box: The original packaging is overall structurally sound but shows evident signs of age that testify to its history. On the front, in the top-right corner, there is a conspicuous vintage red store sticker ('grozzini - PREZZO NETTO') (IMG_7071.jpg). The left side shows a slight crease along the cardboard edge (IMG_7071.jpg, IMG_7074.jpg). The back with illustrated cardboard retains excellent color and graphic quality (IMG_7073.jpg). The top (IMG_7075.jpg) and base (IMG_7076.jpg) show some light depressions and shelf wear along the edges. An authentic piece, ideal for those who love boxes with the charm of vintage era commercial aging.
