Baccarat crystal biscuit barrel, Louis XVI style, cut crystal with fluted motifs. The lid and the mount are of gilded brass.

This format also lends itself very well to use as an ice bucket.

Produced in the late 19th century or early 20th century; our piece bears no signature from the crystal works. The model is depicted in the 1916 Arts de la Table catalog.

It is in very good condition. No chips.

Seau à biscuits en cristal de Baccarat, modèle de style Louis XVI en cristal taillé à motifs de cannelures. Le couvercle et la monture sont en laiton doré.

Format se prêtant également très bien à l'usage de seau à glaçons.
