The surface is adorned with a continuous band of incised geometric motifs — including angular patterns, cross-hatching, and runic-style symbols — characteristic of Scandinavian metalwork from the Viking period (c. 8th–11th century AD). The decoration is crisp and well-defined, suggesting skilled craftsmanship and careful execution. The bracelet retains its original open-cuff form, typical of Viking personal adornment worn on the wrist or upper arm. Both terminals survive.
