Beautifully detailed, antique silver trinket box in the shape of a Foo Dog (guardian lion). This handmade collectible was produced around 1920 in Cambodia and originally served as a travel betel nut box or pill box. On the underside is an original, hand-stamped Cambodian silversmith hallmark in traditional Khmer script.

Prachtig gedetailleerd, antiek zilveren snuisterijdoosje in de vorm van een Foo Dog (beschermleeuw). Dit handgemaakte verzamelobject is rond 1920 vervaardigd in Cambodja en diende oorspronkelijk als reis-betelnootdoosje of pillendoosje.
