Acetaia Giuseppe Cattani presents its most precious balsamic condiment, AGED 100 YEARS.
It was indeed taken from Giuseppe Cattani’s family cellar, carefully guarded by the progenitor Zefferino, great-great-grandfather who lived in 1860, and then handed down to us.
It is presented in an elegant glass ampoule available in the limited edition of 50 bottles. Each bottle is numbered.
The stopper is sealed with wax and the elegant case contains a dropper.

This balsamic, a gift and memory of a time gone by, also satisfies even the most refined palates.
Its aroma is frank and rich in ancient scents and flavors, while the modest acidity contributes to a sweet-sour balance that makes it particularly harmonious.

Note: the bottle number is indicative and may not match the exact number of the bottle that will be shipped. This is to avoid opening and re-closing the case multiple times and to preserve its integrity as much as possible.
