Balloon siphon coffee maker in good condition.
This is a way to extract the best properties of coffee and it’s quite old as well.

Water is heated in the lower globe, creating steam that pushes the water up into the upper globe, where it mixes with the coffee. As the heat is removed, the resulting vacuum pulls the brewed coffee back down to the lower globe.

In good condition, with small signs of use visible in the photos.
