ARTIS Art Gallery: The renewal of artistic authenticity
In a world where art has too often become a mass-market product, where name supersedes talent and industrial production replaces human handiwork, ARTIS Art Gallery is committed to selling only works that meet stringent criteria.
Our mission is simple yet radical: restore the noble stature to the act of authentic creation.
Our commitment: genuine art, with courageous and, above all, hardworking artists.
We travel across Asia in search of true talents, artists whose work is not reduced to a commercial strategy. For us, a work of art is not a standardized commodity. At ARTIS Art Gallery, every piece we offer meets exacting criteria:
100% Handmade: Each work stems from meticulous artisanal work, where the artist’s hand is the sole driving force of creation.
Guaranteed uniqueness: We reject industrial reproduction, subcontracting, and factory production systems. What you acquire is a unique work, designed and created by the artist themselves.
The signature as commitment: every work is personally signed by its creator. This signature is not merely a formality; it is the seal of authenticity and proof that the artist fully assumes their work, from the first sketch to the finish. We refuse signatures on the board (printed signature); only hand-signed signatures by the artist are accepted, otherwise we decline the works.
Against "Art Marketing"
We firmly oppose the current trend of selling “names” rather than works. Buying a decorative piece produced in series, without real involvement by the artist, is like buying a fashion accessory: its value fades as soon as the marketing wears out.
We prefer to rely on the intrinsic quality of the craft. An artist who takes time to create, who shapes every detail and invests their soul in their work is the one who will leave a lasting imprint. If we cannot predict the future, we deeply believe that these authentic works are the only investments that, over time, gain depth, emotion, and value, where purely promotional products fade away.
Why choose a work from ARTIS Art Gallery?
By choosing a work with us, you are not merely acquiring an object of Art. You support:
1. Emerging talent: You enable talented artists to live from their art without compromising their integrity.
2. Ethics and transparency: you know exactly who made your work and how it was created.
A true guarantee of acquiring a work created by the artist themselves and not a vulgar subcontracting, under the pretext that the artist is already known in the art world.
3. Enduring investment: You invest in an artistic reality rather than a marketing illusion.
4. Ethics and transparency: you know exactly who made your work and how it was created.
A true guarantee of acquiring a work created by the artist themselves, and not a vulgar subcontracting, is the bond between those who seek truth in art and those who create it with passion, patience, and talent.

Biography of the painter Nguyen Robert 1958.
Born in 1958 in Ben Tre, an authentic village nestled in the heart of the Mekong Delta, Nguyen Robert is a Franco-Vietnamese artist whose work stands out for a unique fusion of Asian traditions and Western artistic influences. From a young age, he was fascinated by the rural architecture of his environment, the lines of traditional houses, the volumes of floating markets, the shadows cast by water palms — all elements that would become the basis of his visual language.
Having always settled in his native region, Nguyen Robert developed over decades a deeply contemporary, modern, and decidedly architectural style. His paintings explore structures, lines, urban rhythms, and geometric abstraction, while retaining a poetic sensibility inherent to Vietnamese culture.
His Franco-Vietnamese heritage enriches his approach: he borrows from the West the rigor of modern compositions and the boldness of contrasts, while his Vietnamese soul infuses softness, spirituality, and fluidity into his works. The result is a pictorial universe where modernity meets timelessness, where geometry dialogues with light, creating paintings of great visual power.
Renowned for his ability to transform everyday life into abstract landscapes, Nguyen Robert is today considered one of the singular voices of contemporary Delta Mekong painting. He continues his work in his workshop in Ben Tre, surrounded by the landscapes that shaped his identity, and he continues to exhibit in several galleries across Asia and Europe, delighting collectors and art enthusiasts seeking deeply modern, structured, and vibrant works.
