Searchlight (3) - Metal, Glass, Iron

Lot of three antique carbide (acetylene) lanterns, made of iron and glass, dating approximately between 1900 and 1930.

These lamps were used as lighting systems before electricity became widespread, common on bicycles, carriages and small vehicles of the era.

They retain their original glass lenses and show a nice patina of use, with wear and oxidation typical of their age. They have not been restored, preserving their original condition.

They are offered as a lot of three pieces, ideal for collectors of vintage lighting or industrial decoration.

Approximate dimensions of each lantern: 35 × 13 cm.
