Venus with Cornucopia and Ostrich Egg
Stunning composition formed by an antique sculpture, designed to highlight the beauty of an ostrich egg.
The sculpture represents a beautiful Venus with a cornucopia and most likely dates from the 1940s, as that was the period when the use of antimony was popular. The marble base has been replaced in recent times.
A splendid composition, in which each piece enhances the beauty of the other, forming a unique arrangement.
