Description from the seller

A 20.1mm specimen of a natural Clanculus pharaonius shell is a true "rare treasure" in shell collecting.

Adults of the strawberry spiracle typically range from 10 to 15mm in size, with individuals exceeding 20mm being extremely rare. This 20.1mm specimen is a record-breaking specimen for its size, making it exceptionally rare. Its shell is a distinctive, vibrant bright red, covered with fine, white granular protrusions resembling a strawberry peel, complemented by regularly arranged black spots. The color is rich, even, and lustrous. The shell is intact, without cracks or wear, and the opening is perfect, showing no obvious damage or fading.
