Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace code to monitor your package. It is important to keep an eye on this code. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the package may be returned to us by the courier or taken to a pickup point. Please note that we do not reimburse the costs for any new shipment; these are always at your own expense.

If you have not received your package or if it arrived damaged, we ask you to contact both Catawiki and us immediately. We will then work with you as quickly as possible to find a suitable solution, such as a refund, replacement, or repair of the item, depending on the specific situation.

We take utmost care in packaging our items to ensure they arrive in good condition. Each item is carefully packed with quality materials to prevent damage during transport. The shipping costs we charge also include the costs of packing and packaging materials.
