About me:
"My painting moves at the boundary between figuration and abstraction - a tense dialogue of expressive gesture, intense color worlds, and intuitive dynamics.
Inspired by the energy of abstract expressionism, which moves between body and dissolution, chaos and harmony."
Each work is a process of questioning and rediscovery:
Lines pierce surfaces.
Figures appear and disappear.
An emotionally charged dance between control and release."
Mila Veljac'a is a visual artist of Croatian origin. She trained at art academies in Croatia, Vienna, Salzburg, and Stuttgart, and spent several years sharing her expertise as a lecturer in visual arts.
