Description from the seller

Theme collection – Set of 32 insects and arachnids from around the world in transparent resin blocks

A beautiful educational and decorative set comprising 32 authentic inclusions of insects, arachnids, and arthropods from across the globe, carefully preserved in clear, lucent resin blocks.

This particularly comprehensive collection offers a wonderful variety of shapes and species, ideal for entomology enthusiasts, collectors, or as a cabinet of curiosities.
The set includes a wide diversity of specimens, notably:
Varied beetles: Scarabs (including a gorgeous metallic green specimen and a horned long-hanged beetle/cerambid beetle), shining-skulls? (note: this seems unclear in original – better translated as “cetonines/fruit chafer types”), longhorn beetles, and weevils.
Arachnids & Arthropods: A striking black scorpion and a beautiful brown-orange mygalomorph spider.
Other remarkable specimens: A large cicada with wings spread, a praying mantis, as well as colorful true bugs, crickets, and orthopterans.
Details and condition:
Quantity: 32 resin blocks.
Dimensions: Primarily standard blocks about 7.5 x 4 x 2 cm, accompanied by several larger blocks (for the scorpion, the mygal, and the large beetles) about 11 x 3.5/2 cm

General condition: Very good overall preservation. The specimens are perfectly intact inside. Note a slight natural and classic yellowing of the resin due to age on some blocks, which in no way affects visibility and observation of anatomical details (see the many photos to appreciate the real quality).

The set will be packed with the utmost care, in ultra-secure packaging, to guarantee transportation with no risk of breakage.
