May 2, 1950, sent by air mail from Amsterdam to South Africa. Refranked with 18 cents via 3x NVPH 519 on the back. The envelope is nearly a pristine specimen. Small nick in the extreme bottom right corner. Tiny tear of 0.8 cm on the right side of the envelope near the 20 cent stamp and really minuscule 0.3 cm tear in the middle bottom must not have a name. Furthermore the envelope is here and there a bit creased as is often the case with distant destinations. The back sometimes a bit smudged by ink from the stamp.
