The "Serpent" Ring, a special version of the classic Cabochon ring designed by Lalique in 1931 in its red crystal version. In it, the cabochon is carved in the shape of delicate scales, imitating the reptile's skin. The snake is a recurring icon in jewelry, a symbol of elegance and seduction; René Lalique drew inspiration from it in numerous creations.
The “Lalique style” comes from an artistic gesture, easily recognized through the manual shaping of forms and patterns. Lalique has an identity built through the conjunction of softness, femininity and nature, with strong influences from Art Nouveau and Art Deco.
All the glass masters of the great brand follow ancient methods when bringing their creations to life. All Lalique pieces are made by the hand of artists and craftsmen with traditional techniques and knowledge that have been passed down through generations.
