Hors d'oeuvre set - Metal, Crystal

This object is a vintage antipastiera (also called porta salatini or porta stuzzichini), produced roughly between the 1960s and 1970s.
It consists of four removable inserts in lead crystal with ribbed bottoms.
The rectangular support tray is made of pierced metalwork, with feet and decorated handles.
It was used to serve appetizers, nibbles, olives, or pickles at table during hors d'oeuvres.
