Vintage newspaper rack / side table – Mid-Century Modern – Teak top
Beautiful vintage Mid-Century Modern newspaper rack with integrated side table. This elegant design combines a warm teak top with a slim metal frame and a practical magazine rack. Thanks to the lightweight design this piece is both decorative and functional and fits perfectly in a Scandinavian, vintage or modern interior.
The furniture piece is ideal as a side table, reading stand or plant stand and is a real eye-catcher next to an armchair or sofa.
It is in nice vintage condition with normal signs of use appropriate for its age. The wooden top shows light signs of use and the metal frame has a beautiful authentic patina. The hinge mechanism to fold the rack closed does not work, because the wooden top is fixed to the frame. This does not affect the shape or appearance of the rack.
