Sunshine duration meter most likely made by Campbell-Stokes for the K.N.M.I. 
The glass globe captures the sun radiation and converts it into a focal point. On the inner side of the half metal shell there is a plate that catches the focal point. By the rotation of the Earth, the duration of sunshine is measured. 
Cards are not present. 

In good condition, with a few small scratches in the glass. 

It is 26.5 cm high and weighs just over 5 kilograms.

Zonneschijnduurmeter zeer waarschijnlijk gemaakt door Campbell-Stokes voor de K.N.M.I.  
De glazen bol vangt de zonnestraling op en zet het om naar een brandpunt.  Aan de binnenzijde van de halve metalen schaal hoort een kaart die het brandpunt opvangt. Door draaiing van de aarde wordt dan de duur van de zonnestraling gemeten. 
Kaarten zijn niet aanwezig.

In goede conditie ,et wat kleine krasjes in het glas. 

Het is 26.5 cm hoog en weegt ruim 5  kilo.
