Information about the artist :
Originally from Southern Finistère, Frédéric CADIOU draws from Breton landscapes an inspiration firmly rooted in light and horizon. His works capture suspended moments where nature dialogues with human perception. Cast shadows, elongated lines, minimalist compositions: each painting reveals a subtle tension between depth and minimalism. Through a controlled palette and strong contrasts, the artist creates calm, almost meditative atmospheres. The gaze is guided toward the horizon, between silence, space and contemplation. A painting where light structures the landscape and where shadow becomes language.
His current Akoun rating is €1000 for a 15P format (65x50 cm).
In June 2026, he was selected to represent Artmajeur at the VivaTech 2026 fair, the largest European innovation fair, in Paris.
