Description from the seller

Rare original Elastolin, among them WWII soldiers - (see pictures)

4 x horses
3 x soldiers (riders)
9 x soldiers
rare figures

Elastolin: mass-made figures were produced as early as 1880 in Austria by the Vienna-based company Emil Pfeiffer, which became world-famous for the “[…] loving and colorful painting” of its figures.[1]

Around 1900 production began in Germany. Similar to tin figures, it covered an enormous thematic range, but primarily depicted war toys. Accessories such as vehicles were mostly made of tinplate; occasionally there were mixed forms, for example tin carriages with crew and horses made of mass. Since other manufacturers typically adhered to the sizing standards of Hausser, the products were often interchangeable. Because many manufacturers not only specialized in war toys but also depicted organizations and leadership of the NS regime in their figures, a restart of production in all occupied zones of Germany after World War II was difficult.

Very nice collection of detailed figures. A must for every collector. Condition see pictures

Note: Costs for parcel shipping include packaging, shipping, postage, tracking, and insurance up to €500. Figures are fragile. Damage may occur during shipping.
