This lot consists of two vintage Japanese traditional kitchen knives: a Deba knife and a Yanagiba knife, both bearing the maker's signature.

Left: Deba knife, signed "Higashimura Mitsusaku" (東村光作). The wooden handle is branded "Sakai Registered Higashimura – Tokusen (Special Selection)".
Right: Yanagiba knife, signed "Manjisaku" (萬治作). The original handle label remains, although the printed text has almost completely faded with age.

Both knives are traditional Japanese single-bevel blades designed for fish preparation and other precise Japanese culinary tasks.
