The Pentax Super Takumar 55mm f/1.8 is a legendary standard prime lens from the M42 mount era, revered for its exceptional build quality and world-class optical performance. Known for its "Thorium glass" (in certain versions) which contributes to a unique warm vintage rendering, it produces incredibly sharp images with a signature smooth bokeh. The all-metal construction and high-precision mechanical engineering provide a tactile manual focus experience that is arguably among the best ever made. This lens is a favorite for street photography and portraits, offering a timeless aesthetic that is easily adaptable to almost any modern mirrorless camera system.
●Appearance condition
85% Near Mint (Very good condition with minimal signs of use.)
There are some scratches and scuffs from normal use, but the overall condition is clean and beautiful.
It is a very beautiful item.

( Haze ) - Yes (Very thin haze on the rear element, almost invisible)
( Fungus ) - No
( Scratch ) - No
( Separation ) - No
