Beautiful and well-functioning Dual CS 505-3 from the Audiophile Concept series – a real favorite among vinyl enthusiasts!
This Dual CS 505-3 (late 1980s) is a semi-automatic belt-drive turntable with a suspended sub-chassis. It is known for its quiet operation, good isolation from vibrations, and musical, detailed playback.
Condition: Good to very good cosmetic and technical condition (see photos). Tested and spinning.
Main features:
Type: Belt-drive with suspended chassis (suspended sub-chassis)
Speeds: 33⅓ and 45 rpm with pitch control (±6%)
Tonearm: Straight tubular aluminum tonearm (221 mm) with anti-skating – suitable for standard ½" cartridges
Motor: 16-pole synchronous motor (Dual SM 100-1)
Platter: Non-magnetic, heavy (ca. 1.2 kg)
Wow & Flutter: 0,06% (WRMS 0,035%)
