Studio Antique Imperial Style Empire Era Walnut with gilded bronzes France 19th Century

Important French studio in Empire Style, authentic Empire Era, made in solid walnut wood and dating from the first half of the XIX century. The set consists of a bookcase, a center desk and coordinated seats, characterized by solemn and architectural lines typical of imperial taste, enriched by refined details in mercury-gilt bronze finely chased.

The bookcase presents an imposing and symmetrical structure with three doors, of which the central one is glass, framed by columns with gilded bronze applications. The walnut surfaces highlight a splendid warm and deep grain, perfectly preserved, while the rigorous layout fully recalls the language of the Empire Era.

The center desk, also finished on the back and therefore ideal to be placed in the center of the room, is equipped with a green leather-covered top with a wooden perimeter frame. At the front there are three drawers with drawers and plates in chased gilded bronze. The turned front legs with gilded details connect to the rear legs via a curved connecting element, giving solidity and structural harmony. The presence of removable side tops allows expanding the work surface while maintaining elegance and functionality.

Completing the study are a pair of coordinated walnut armchairs, with curving arms and gilded applications on the legs. The seats and backrests are upholstered in green fabric with a stylized decorative motif, in perfect harmony with the desk top.

The ensemble is presented in excellent condition, perfectly preserved, ideal for professional studios or grand representative spaces.
