The decoration is very distinctive for the typical field design that we can find only on this type of Caucasian rugs from Baku Konaghend. On this rug the field is filled with dense motifs finely chiseled, over which lies a lattice of large diamonds that can be distinguished only from a certain distance. In the center of each of these diamonds blooms a pink or pale yellow flower, red or blue on a dark blue background. Very unusual is the main border surrounded by a very precise medallion-like design. The pale yellow border gives greater brightness to the whole rug. In excellent condition.
