Crystal molded compote dish listed in the 1913 catalog of the great Val Saint Lambert crystal glassworks brand. A raised mark at the center of the piece. It is distinguished by a wavy upper edge in festoons, a bowl adorned with geometric diamond-point motifs, and a tall flared pedestal with vertical fluting ending in star motifs at the base. Its clarity and resonance are extraordinary.
