For sale is a Grundig Satellit 2000, one of the most renowned high-quality world receivers of the 1970s.
The radio is in an average, age-appropriate used condition with visible signs of wear. The scale glass shows occasional light fogging. The red Grundig sticker originally attached to the speaker is missing.
The FM function has been tested and works flawlessly. The radio receives numerous stations, and the sound is strong, clear, and balanced.
The scale illumination works on the first two wavelength ranges. The lighting in the FM range is not functional.
The battery compartment is clean and in good condition.
The telescopic antenna is straight and undamaged, but sits slightly loosely in its holder.
The unit can be used both mobile with batteries and in stationary operation via a mains cable.
