A rare and highly collectible bottling from the renowned Caroni 110 Proof Series, one of the most appreciated releases among Caroni enthusiasts for its outstanding balance between power, complexity and drinkability.
This rum was distilled in 2000 at the legendary Caroni Distillery and bottled in 2017 after 17 years of full tropical maturation in Trinidad.
The release originates from only 2 selected casks, resulting in an extremely limited production of just 582 bottles.
Bottled at 55% ABV (110 Proof), it preserves the unmistakable Caroni profile, renowned for notes of tar, hydrocarbons, dark fruits, spices and tropical oak influence.
