A beautiful set of two vintage oval copper gratin/fish pans from the premium "Tagus Elite" line, handcrafted in Portugal during the late 20th century.
Renowned for their exceptional heat distribution, these professional-grade pans are perfect for both functional kitchen use and rustic decor.

Material & Construction
* **Exterior:** Solid copper body with heavy, sand-casted solid brass handles securely fixed by double copper rivets.
* **Interior:** Premium stainless steel lining. Unlike traditional tin-lined copper cookware that melts at high temperatures (232°C) and requires periodic re-tinning, the stainless steel interior is permanent, highly durable, oven-safe, and incredibly easy to maintain.
* **Hallmarks:** Both pans are clearly stamped on the bottom with the authentic "Tagus Elite - Made in Portugal" maker's mark.

### Condition Report
* **Small Pan:** In excellent, highly polished vintage condition with a beautiful mirror-like copper shine.
* **Large Pan:** Displays a rich, authentic oxidized patina and heat discolouration from normal kitchen use on the exterior base, with surface wear on the stainless steel interior. There are no structural dents or deep warping. The exterior can easily be polished back to a high shine using a copper cleaner if preferred.
