Spoon - .925 silver - medicine spoon

Silver medicine spoon with a partly ebony wood handle. The silver part of the handle is turned in shape. The bowl (2.8 x 3.6 x 2 cm deep) has two pouring spouts. One in a smooth form and one in the form of a kind of folded edge. The size is therefore different and so is the amount that can be poured with it. This is important for (liquid) medicines. Stamped: sterling and various hallmarks including an anchor. Also with a production number. Length: 14.5 cm. Weight: 17 g. Origin: United States, late 19th to early 20th century.
