Design: It features a signature rosy-cheeked Hummel boy bundled up in a winter hat, gloves, and scarf, holding a candlelit lantern while riding a sled. A snow-dusted Christmas tree sits in a basket strapped to his back. History: Modeled originally by master sculptor Gerhard Skrobek, this piece was first copyrighted in 1971 and remains one of the most beloved and recognizable holiday-themed Hummel collectibles.
