Description from the seller
Aubecq – Vintage enamelled yellow and white pot / Dutch oven – France, 1950s/1960s
Elegant vintage iconic pot from Aubecq, in bi-color yellow and white enamel, in remarkable condition, with lid and black plastic handles.
Aubecq is a brand founded in 1917 by Octave Aubecq, a master enameler; in 1925 he teamed up with Armand Desaegher to found Le Creuset — making him one of the fathers of the modern enameled cast-iron pot. Aubecq pieces from the era carry this heritage of excellence in enameling.
This pot is appealing for its bright yellow enamel contrasted with white, typical of mid-20th-century kitchen design, as decorative as it is usable daily. A sought-after piece for retro kitchen use as well as for the collection.
• Diameter: 28 cm • Height: 22 cm
• With lid: yes
Careful shipping and protective packaging provided.
