TEAC A-3340S – 4-Channel Quadraphonic / Simul-Sync Reel-to-Reel Recorder (10.5") – Vintage 1970s
In this listing a piece of history of professional and domestic audio from the 1970s: the 4-channel TEAC A-3340S reel-to-reel. This model is famous for its ruggedness and for the Simul-Sync technology, which allowed musicians of the era (including early pioneers of rock and electronics) to perform multi-track recordings directly at home or in small studios.
It operates at two speeds (7.5 and 15 ips / 19 and 38 cm/s) and accepts large reels up to 10.5 inches, offering extraordinary dynamics and sound fidelity.
