Longueteau 2016 4 years old - Genesis vieux Batch 1 - 70cl

Distilled at 72.3°, it spent 4 years in a French oak cask; over time and contact with the wood, its strength naturally decreased to be bottled at 71.7° - column strength and cask strength. With a nose of early notes of tart apple and cane sugar, a palate with notes of fresh caramel and hints of Timut pepper, the palate offers depth around sandalwood and candied orange markers.
