A 20th‑century gilded bronze fountain sculpture in Baroque style, depicting a putto cherub seated on a large shell with fish, measuring 65 cm high, 60 cm wide and 50 cm deep, weighing 28 kg, signed AJ. The sculpture depicts a bronze cherub putto reclining on a massive seashell with a fish in its hands.
The fountain is magnificent and of great visual impact, crafted with an elegant putto seated on a conch shell, supported at the base by three other large fish.
The sculptural force of the artist is transmitted to the lively and cheerful fish intent on splashing.
