LONGINES DOLCEVITA CHRONOGRAPH WATCH (REF. L5.656.4): We present at auction a perfect embodiment of timeless elegance: the emblematic Longines DolceVita in its coveted gentlemen’s chronograph version. Inspired by the freedom and sophistication of the 1920s, this collection is characterized by its harmonious rectangular case and architectural lines.

The watch is forged in stainless steel with an extremely high-quality mirror-polished finish. Its slightly curved design guarantees a perfect ergonomic fit on the wrist. The majestic black dial is a style exercise: it features a central core with a texture of fine vertical lines (pinstripe), on which imposing applied silver-toned Roman numerals stand out and elegant sword-shaped hands.

Despite its dress-watch profile, it houses a precise Swiss quartz chronograph movement. It has three sub-dials for measurements up to a tenth of a second (sub-dial at 2 o’clock), along with a discreet date window at 4:30. Case and Bracelet: The highly polished stainless steel is in excellent condition. It shows only extremely light micro-scratches typical of occasional and extremely careful use. No dents or dings.

Dial and Crystal: The black textured dial is immaculate. The curved sapphire crystal is perfect, with no marks that hinder readability.

Movement: The quartz movement works with total accuracy, as do the chronograph functions (start, stop, and reset all hands to zero) and the quick date change. (Expert note: It is delivered without original box and papers).
