Candlestick tripartite base and 'rocaille' - 19th century (2) - Bronze

Gilt-bronze candle holders with a beautiful patina - 19th century.

They have a pronounced Baroque style, with a tripartite base and curved feet (scrolls), as well as highly ornate decoration that includes a shell motif (rocaille) in the center of each leg.

The central body is turned with bulbous elements, characteristic of designs from the 17th and 18th centuries.

Note: one of them has a small repair.
