This luxurious coffee machine has seen little use, but every time it’s a fantastic party feature. It runs on ethanol or something similar that is lit in the small burner beneath the copper pot, which heats the water to brew the coffee. The hot coffee then travels up through the line into the glass, making the copper pot lighter so it can be raised and release the mechanism that extinguishes the flame. The coffee tastes excellent, like an Italian espresso.
