Authentic and rare heavy enameled steel plaque for recruitment into the Foreign Legion (circa 1950-1960).
A high-quality, prominently domed model, depicting a Legionnaire in traditional dress (white kepi and epaulettes).
Heavy enameled steel (thick enamel with relief to the touch).
Shape: Domed.
Dimensions: 50 x 40 cm.
Weight: 2.4 kg (thick steel sheet).
In its original condition with a superb patina. Shiny enamel and vivid colors.
Chips of enamel and natural oxidation in a "star" around the mounting holes, guaranteeing its authenticity. Back rusted uniformly. Not restored.

Modèle bien bombé de grande qualité, représentant un légionnaire en tenue de tradition (képi blanc et épaulettes).
Acier émaillé lourd (émail épais en relief au toucher).

Poids: 2,4 kg (tôle d'acier épaisse).
Dans son jus avec une superbe patine. Émail brillant et couleurs vives.
Sauts d'émail et oxydation naturelle en
"étoile" autour des trous de fixation, garantissant son authenticité. Dos rouillé de manière homogène. Non restaurée.
