All items are carefully shipped directly from Japan.

We use FedEx, DHL, Japan Post, International Parcels, Mini Mail, etc. for shipping.

Ships within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation. (Excludes weekends, Japanese holidays, year-end/New Year, Golden Week.)

All items are packaged with protective materials such as sleeves, top loaders, and bubble wrap to ensure safe transport.

Cancellation and Return Policy:

Cancellations and returns are not accepted after the auction ends.

Cancellation cannot be accepted in the following cases:
- When the listing photo differs slightly from the item (especially centering)
- Condition of the outer box for unopened packaging (not included with the item)
- Lack of understanding of duties/taxes
- If the outer box has been opened and it cannot be proven that the item was shipped by us, cancellations will not be accepted for any reason.
- Minor damage to packaging (slight deformation, dents, scratches) which is considered a shipping issue.
