Up for auction: an iconic Mercedes-Benz 300 GD from the W460 series, 1987, short-wheelbase (SWB). The vehicle is equipped with the legendary 3.0-liter 5-cylinder OM617 diesel engine.
Technical data and rare options:
Model: 300 GD (W460.332)
Registered seats: 5 (Regularly homologated version)
Air Conditioning: The car is equipped with the original factory option from the era, very rare for this model. The system is present but requires service/recharging to be fully functional.
Usage: The car has mainly been used on paved roads and has never undergone demanding off-road use, thus preserving mechanical and structural integrity.
Condition and bodywork:
The car presents itself in preserved condition. The body is in its original color; for complete transparency, signs of wear and localized rust spots (wheel arch area and underbody) are noted and documented in the close-up photos. The chassis is solid.
Interior:
