Description from the seller
IN RISALTO:
• ASI certification and Porsche Historic Certificates
• "MARTINI" aesthetic configuration via fully removable adhesive film
• Engine, gearbox, suspension and electrical system fully overhauled in 2025
• Original components preserved and included (exhausts, heat exchangers, rear hood and steering wheel)
• Matching Numbers engine and gearbox
STORIA/PANORAMICA:
The Porsche 911 2.4 S represents one of the most iconic and high-performance variants of the air-cooled classic series, produced before the introduction of impact-resistant bumpers. This example was registered in Italy on 01/04/1973 and has had only 2 owners in its history. The car is presented in the elegant original Avorio color (code 1111-131). Currently it features a "MARTINI"-inspired livery achieved with a fully removable adhesive film, which allows restoring the original color at any time.
CARROZZERIA/VERNICIATURA:
The bodywork is in Avorio color 1111-131. Among the sporty tasteful customizations are the glass-reinforced rear hood with a RS-style "duck tail" spoiler (with the original metal hood available and supplied) and depth lights integrated into the front grilles in RS 2.7 style.
INTERNI:
The cockpit is finished with black synthetic leather interiors and is equipped with Recaro sport seats featuring the central fabric band in "pepita". The interior equipment includes the original period radio and a Porsche 38 cm leather sport steering wheel of type 2.7 RS. The original Porsche leather steering wheel with a 43 cm diameter is also supplied.
MECCANICA:
The mechanicals are in well-used but well-maintained condition. In 2025, comprehensive revisions were carried out affecting the engine, gearbox, electrical system, suspensions and transmission components (front and rear CV joints). The car is fitted with stainless steel heat exchangers and exhaust, enlarged 7" Fuchs wheels, and the original enlarged-capacity fuel tank from the final 2.4S series. Both the original exhausts and heat exchangers, as well as the original first-equipment wheels, are supplied with the car. The vehicle has a current periodic inspection valid until 2027.
DOCUMENTI:
The car is equipped with an ASI Historic Relevance Certificate and Porsche Historic Certificates. Italian documentation is present.
The car is available for collection at the seller's residence. It is advisable to inspect the car before making an offer. Costs related to transfer of ownership or export paperwork and transportation are the buyer’s responsibility.

Disclaimer
Catawiki always aims to offer you the best possible buying experience. Our experts virtually review and select every vehicle in line with our submission guidelines and we require our sellers to provide the most accurate description of the vehicle. However, providing a fully detailed analysis of the vehicle is extremely difficult, and close to impossible. To guide you, we ask our sellers to provide information about the vehicle’s condition. Please consider that most vehicles for sale are classic vehicles and they often already have a whole life behind them, meaning that even a condition 1 or 2 vehicle might need maintenance to be ready for the road. It is advised to carefully read our submission guidelines that further describe details about the condition grades and types to manage your expectations. Cars are sold “as is”, meaning as described and in the condition they are in at the time of the sale and without any representation, warranty or assumption of liability of any kind as to the condition by Catawiki or by the seller. The condition of this item is the opinion of the seller and may differ from yours, your local garage, or the dealer’s opinion. This does not automatically mean the car does not conform to its description. Before bidding, please check your local legislation regarding vehicle registration. Neither the seller nor Catawiki is responsible for the registration of the vehicle in your country and will not accept a cancellation for your failure to register the vehicle. We also recommend that, if possible, you arrange a viewing with the seller before placing a bid.
